TORHS America and 2Hot4Ice merged in 2012, creating one of the largest tournament organizations in the sport. We accommodate Roller Hockey programs of all ages and skill levels ranging from grass roots to highly competitive. Ron has been the man behind TORHS America since 2008. However, his roots in the sport date back to 1974, when he played in his first National Championship, which at that time, was conducted by the USAC. Ron has served as a Team USA Jr coach and Mens team selection committee member. In addition, Ron has coached in the RHI pro league, and currently holds the position of Head Coach of the Men’s Roller Hockey team at Lindenwood University, where he has lead his teams to 6 Division 1 National Championships in the last 9 years.

Joe took over ownership of 2Hot4Ice in 2010, but has been in the industry for over 20 years, mostly as a player. He grew up in New Jersey, playing high school ice hockey at Seton Hall Prep and his Junior hockey for the New Jersey Rockets, before heading to the University of Vermont. Currently, he also serves as the President of one of the most recognized brands of roller hockey in PHAT TAPE. He brings a constant passion for the game to the table and is a tireless worker. Joe brings a very structured approach to the tournament business, and strongly believes in customer service as the backbone of his business.

Dave grew up playing Ice Hockey in Massachusetts, and won a NCAA National Championship while playing for Bowdoin College in Maine. After moving to Florida in 1995, Dave became a pioneer in the sport of Roller Hockey as a facility hockey director, coach, referee, player, and tournament director. After running the Florida Cup Inline Series, Dave joined 2Hot4Ice in 2003, and has been an integral part of the team ever since.

John has been involved in the roller hockey community for over 16 years. Starting out as an official for all levels of play including TORHS America National Championships and USARS World Championships, he branched into management in 2003. After a 2 year stint at Joe Dumars’ Fieldhouse he took a position as the National Director of Operations for TORHS America. In 2007, John came back to Joe Dumars’ Fieldhouse as the Assistant Director of Hockey Operations, and has been a valuable employee since. In 2010 John ventured back to TORHS under their new ownership as a National Tournament Director.

George is entering his 8th year as National Director with TORHS and his 14th year in the sport. George played ice until he was 14, at which point he turned to roller. George began his coaching career at the age of 15 with a local travel team out of Buffalo, NY (Firebirds). George absolutely loves what he does, and loves the people he gets to be around during the inline hockey season. During the offseason, George teaches at a Performing Arts high school, he is a professional musical theatre actor, and has recorded a CD with the gospel choir he founded and directs

Charli grew up playing ice hockey in Michigan. After high school, she took her passion for hockey in a new direction, putting her efforts into becoming a USA Hockey referee. Since then, Charli has not only had many accomplishments as a referee, but now also coaches an all girls team based out of Tampa, FL and founded a hockey company for girls called, It’s Our Ice™. She is relatively new to the roller hockey world, having joined the 2Hot4Ice team in 2012, but is loving every minute of it!

Michael has been a part of roller hockey since 1990 when he started playing on his fraternity team at Sam Houston State in 1991. Since then, he has officiated the game since 1996 and ventured into the management part of the game in 2010. He is currently commissioner of the Missouri Inline Hockey Association where they average 80 high school and junior high teams each year on the road to the state championships. When Mike is not putting time in with hockey, he is working full time at Enterprise Rent-A-Car Information Technologies and donating his time as an international judge for inline speed skating.
